The M‑Collection is a large‑scale group exhibition currently on view in the presentation space of Murals Inc., a platform for contemporary mural art. It brings together studio works by 95 muralists from the Netherlands and beyond, all part of the Murals Inc. roster, showcasing a wide range of styles, backgrounds, and approaches to mural painting.
A highlight of the exhibition is the presence of three large‑scale, site‑responsive murals, each created by a different artist with a distinct conceptual and stylistic approach. These murals function as structural anchors: independent in character, yet forming a dynamic dialogue with the surrounding studio works, which are also available for purchase.
The M‑Collection presents a carefully curated overview of current developments in mural art. By showing studio work by muralists, the exhibition reveals how monumental practices translate into smaller, autonomous works. It deepens the conversation around mural art and positions the medium firmly within the broader context of contemporary art.
For art collectors: you have the opportunity to commission a mural from one of these artists, or to acquire a studio work — adding a meaningful piece of this contemporary movement to your collection.
The M-Collection was launched by: Anne Clement van Vugt MA / Coordinator-Adviser Art Affairs / Secretary EUR Art Committee / Board Member SUHK
and Jorden Goossenaerts, CEO and co-founder of CONIX RDBM.
